Nice spot in LaPointe to enjoy a good cup of coffee, a pastry and work on a very difficult puzzle The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. Lots of specialty goods, coffee and tea for sale too. Highly recommend when you can't get your campfire started or you just want a pleasant spot to hang out! We didn't have one, but the next table raved about the breakfast sandwiches.Coffee is yum.
I absolutely love this place and the server, Illian. He greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel at home. Ontop of the friendly service, the food was simple yet amazingly tasty! There is truly nothing to complain about in this shop. It is an eccentric woman's place and you are obviously not intended to sit inside Plenty of outdoor seating. If you enjoy a conversation with your barista and a family run atmosphere, this is a good choice. Coffee and a bfast sammy is just a bonus. Lots of things to look at. Fold it back up if you unfold a shirt. Follow the rules if you don't like a mess! This ain't your momma's house.
Love this coffee shop, I've been visiting it for 3 years now when I'm in La Pointe. Quick service, shop has several different items you may have forgotten. This leads it to be a bit crowded in the shop though. Recommend stopping in grabbing a coffee and check out the other local shops.
Just a lovely place. Great coffee. Great items for sale. Grabbed a cookbook while there having coffee and a nice bottle of wine.
We spent the last two days on Madeline Island. I stopped for coffee both mornings, the rolls are good the coffee is really good. This morning I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, she asked me if I wanted it well done or raw! I laughed out loud because I had never heard that before. So it's a fun place, stop by.
Loved this coffee shop! Good coffee and sandwiches at a good price. The woman running it was super friendly and helpful, and she advised us on some fun things to do during the off season around the island. Came back a second time for more coffee!
What an incredible staff. They make the best chai tea in town. On a deeper level, I love their 'pay it forward' board that allows customers to chip in to buy someone else's drink. What a wonderful, community forward sentiment. Also, the best gluten-free options in town! More places should follow their exceptional lead.
